Statistics in XRF This course focuses on the statistics required for quality control in XRF analysis. It provides general insight into what is necessary to get an XRF method under control. Important statistical terms are clarified, sources of error are explained, and information on how to identify and correct these errors is presented. Calibration course to train calibrations.FXEL-0014This calibration course was created using the FluXert calibration training set. What is special about this training course is that the user can purchase this sample set and thus follow the course on his XRF spectrometer step by step. However, you can also transfer the content of the course to any other calibration task and do not necessarily have to purchase the set.
