Supermini 200 Calibration Course
FXEL-0016
This is a step-by-step course on how to build a method using Supermini200 by Rigaku®.
Goal of this course is to learn how to set up a calibration on the wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (WDXRF) Rigaku® Supermini200. This course contains all the important information to help you set up a calibration on your own spectrometer - from setting up an application, over drift correction to a complete calibration process. |
